Remove BTTV timeout slider от Insencel

The BTTV-Twitch addon adds a context menu that you can open by right-clicking a username as a moderator. As of now there is no way to remove this context menu and it can cause problems with other browser addons. This extension hides said interface so other addons don't collide with it
