Pretty neat and simple (89KB), but not too simple! Just what I need! 'Uses the built-in sync API', that's good. Some eye candy would be nice including dark themed because add-ons always run better with eye candy😉

[later] On activation the restore 'clean' check box, it removes pined tabs, so an option to prevent that would be nice too!

This is just I am looking for, it supports normal and pinned tabbed, containered tabs too, sorting and reordering

please kill the side bar, and add periodic saving in case sudden exit

Would be pretty special if this addon could save pages "loaded" instead of just saving the URLs and opening them back later. Otherwise what's the point of using this addon? I cant think of any reason. Since I have "Simple Tab Groups" and firefox remembers last opened tabs when I restart.. And I can use bookmarks to save private tabs or sessions. So is this extension supposed to replace the bookmarks? Makes no sense. It should at least save the pages exactly the way you see them. Let me know if you ever add this option. Until then, I cant think of any reason to use this extension.

The extension is useless because of serious problem. After you restore session once, it is removed. If you want to restore it later on once again, there is no chance, it is gone.

When you fix the problem, let me know, I can look at it once again.

However two wishes during your further dev.
1. Remove the requirement of pressing shift key to keep the saved session from being erased after restore. Forgetting to press the shift key and losing your saved sessions after closing is VERY annoying.
2. Please provide a method to save your sessions. One can restore all his saved sessions from a backup would be very convenient. Also one can share his saved sessions with someone else by sending him a small text file.

Really good, especially how it allows you to save private windows and password protect.
However I've run into a big problem: it won't allow me to save sessions when I have a large number of tabs open (around >30), when I try, the session simply isn't saved and doesn't appear in the menu.

This is such a lifesaver. Granted, I never use the password feature so I don't know how well it works. But for my purposes it's perfect!

It does the thing it says it does. Save apps. Close Firefox. Open apps later.

I saved my tabs a couple of times but every time I want to restore anything it gives me the error: Cannot restore tabs. Wrong password? while I din't use a password in the first place.

Please (1) change the Save Tabs default where unless you hold down the shift key during restart Save Tabs automatically erases its saved tab list immediately upon completion of restoration of the tabs. This request is based on the concern that if the user overlooks using the shift key and then Firefox were to crash after tab restoration then the Save Tabs list, having already been automatically erased by default, could not be relied on to restore those tabs again; (2) this also brings up the general question as to whether there are any concerns with how Save Tabs will work alongside the Firefox (FF) automatic tab restoration function (or does it completely override it?). For example, after a crash & restart FF offers a one-by-one selection list of tabs to restore or not from the prior pre-crash session, will that still appear?). Otherwise this is a very good extension and I would like to increase its evaluation to 5 stars once these concerns are addressed.

Great app! But the password field is not working. when clicked on it, it disappears and I can't save the tabs. Please address to this. Thank You.
