Fixed an issue that prevented web password launchers from auto-filling, primarily in Secret Server’s new user interface or due to inactivity.

Previously, the extension simply assumed users were logged in when they launched a web password. Now, it checks the login state and refreshes it if needed (if it can). The process follows these steps:

1. A user clicks a web password launcher.
2. The extension checks if the user is logged into Secret Server (new step).
3. If the user is logged in, it refreshes the user's token (new step).
4. The extension launches the web password.
