Redesigned the add-on settings popup for a clearer, more consistent experience on desktop and Android. The new settings UI includes easier threshold controls, a live preview for custom reminder text, improved per-site settings, clearer autosave feedback, and better accessibility labels.

Fix: extension access permissions are now required rather than optional. Users who lost functionality after updating to 1.1.0 should see it restored automatically
