Version 0.3.0 adds follow-up chat and persistent local memory.

What's new:
- Added an Ask box after summaries so users can ask follow-up questions about the current article.
- Added local memory using a compact memory.md and session-log.jsonl, stored privately by the extension and reused as context for future summaries and follow-up answers.
- Updated the summary format to three sections: Overall Summary, Key Points, and Conclusion.
- The Conclusion section can adapt to recurring user preferences while remaining grounded in the article.
- Changed the default Gemini model to gemini-3.1-flash-lite.
- Improved provider settings so Gemini, OpenAI, and Ollama keep separate API keys and model settings.
- Refined the popup layout by removing the large manual Summarize button, compacting the Ask UI, moving copy controls to the meta bar, and making status messages inline instead of floating over content.
- Updated packaged Firefox build and icons for AMO submission.
