I second that the substitution shouldn't work in the middle of words.
Just another nitpick but it'd be nice to check for the lang attribute to ignore non-English pages.

Amazing add on, but I'd much rather it only replace the trigger words by themselves, not other words that have the trigger words in them. For example, Apollo changes to Apsychic readingo; I'd rather it change poll to psychic reading only when the word poll is by itself.

It would be nice to make it replace "No Man" with "Gnome Ann" as in 1704
