It looks like a lot of work went into this extension. There are interactive graphics for how you've been spending your time, and advanced controls for setting time limits. However, I did find it tricky to get the correct wildcard filters for a website; so you might need to fiddle with it a bit to get it to work. Overall, I recommend. The developer is responsive in addressing issues.

As you mentioned that it's not smooth to create a limit rule, I agree with you. Therefore, I've already started to design a new UI to improve it.
