Doesn't add much load in terms of processing power, in fact it probably improves performance due to the sheer amount of s#@t it blocks. Has been working extremely well for me for years. The ability to just shoot an arbitrarily chosen part of an intrusively designed website with "Right-click > block element" has worked beautifully.
This extension truly belongs to the "set it and forget it" kind of software. Never let me down. Would recommend this extension any day to anyone browsing the internet. Surfing without it has become unberable.
