Added Ticket Logger v2.0.0 — FDC Support Console
Merged Abuse Operations Console + WHMCS Ticket Logger into a single unified extension.
New features:
- Unified popup with 6 tabs: URL Checker, Report Gen, Replied, Active, Link, Settings
- WHMCS ticket reply logging — automatically captures ticket ID and title on reply
- Active ticket monitor — browse Open/Customer-Reply/In Progress tickets from popup
- Ticket notifications — browser alert when a new Open or Customer-Reply ticket appears on the listing page (5-min cooldown, one-shot per ticket)
- Markdown link generator — supports both supporttickets.php (ticket title) and clientsservices.php (SID <id>)
- Settings panel — toggle each feature on/off independently
- Abuse URL checker — paste reports, check URLs (up/removed/down), export results
