For some reason it won't allow the blocking of ads, yet on other browsers like Chrome and Opera the "Block ads on this website" feature works just fine. Tested both on Ubuntu/Linux Mint and Windows, same results.

Отключает все фильтры все ограничители и вы за это хотите еще деньги брать?Да я лучше на Касперском сидеть буду-он хоть тормозит ,зато работает,а ваш и не понять,пока рекламой не закидают-значит,опять отключился.
