The greatest failure has been closed access to data, compounded by total lack of response to about twelve email notices during their failure to respond to all messages we have sent. We have been asking for support while deprived of contact to over one hundred businesses.

Cannot delete a pre-existing account without paying for a plan.
Edit: After talking to support, you CAN delete your account without a plan. But, you need to go directly to the account deletion page (I would link, but cannot include links in add-on reviews).
