Removed pagination elements as infinite scroll makes them redundant.
Added infinite scroll function to home releases and tv packs pages.
Also tweaked colour formatting of section descriptor cards.
Tweaked layout slightly by moving section descriptor cards to top of each section stretching across whole page rather than first card in section.
Reworked the card style and layout to match the style introduced on the calendar page of website.
More fine tuning to do for problematic thumbnails
The code now checks for valid image dimensions (naturalWidth > 0 && naturalHeight > 0) before displaying
The crossOrigin = 'anonymous' attribute fixes some images but not all
CORS issue: Images from eztvx.to domain were not displaying due to cross-origin restrictions
For generic shows, changed to use search URL instead of the generic show page URL
Cache was storing generic "other-tv-shows" URLs which caused wrong links - fixed by checking for generic slugs before using cached showUrl
Fixed some bugs and improved the thumbnail fetch logic
Made the fetching of external thumbnails where one doesn't exist on extv more aggressive and thorough
Fixed render sequence on Latest Releases page

Modified code to extract rating and votes first from EZTV show page if it exists and if not then fall back to OMDB fetch.
