Seven procedurally-generated soundscapes — brown / pink / white noise, rain, café, and binaural beats (40 Hz focus, 7 Hz calm) — play during
the work phase of any session. Pick a global default or a per-session sound. Cross-fades smoothly on pause / break / stop. Zero shipped
audio files, zero royalties — synthesized live in the background page.

⏱️ Pomodoro shape presets

Six research-backed templates in the Create Session modal: Classic 25/5, DeskTime 52/17, Ultradian 90/20, Deep Work 50/10, Flowtime, and

📅 Weekly time budgets

Per-site soft caps now accept an optional weekly minutes limit alongside the daily one. The domain auto-blocks when either threshold is hit.
Resets every Monday.

🧠 Distraction journal (opt-in)

When a block fires, tap one of 7 reason chips (Bored / Anxious / Habit / Avoiding work / Curious / Social / Other). Analytics shows a "Why
you got pulled" card so you can spot patterns instead of just attempts.

🌅 Auto theme schedule
