Ensure you're connected to Mullvad VPN before attempting to connect to a proxy, as they're only accessible internally. Connecting via WireGuard will allow a full selection of server locations, whereas OpenVPN connections are limited to the current location only.

Fixed long proxy hostnames breaking layout
Added a quick connect option (enabled by default): selecting a proxy in the list will connect to it directly instead of requiring an extra click.
Tweaked the styles a bit, things are a little more compact and the font size is slightly smaller.
