autor: Gotz, pred 2 rokmiThe subscription plan is very poorly thought out, I have the "mail plus" subscription and if I want unlimited proton pass I have to take "proton unlimited" which is a price difference that makes no sense.
The free version is much too restricted.
There are also a lot of bugs: the fields are filled in but the validate/connect button does not activate, or refuses to connect.
It also lacks many functions, the "check up" of weak passwords for example does not exist, the sorting functions are more than limited, all this is too basic.
In short, it's too expensive and it's too limited.
I wanted to switch from Firefox manager to proton pass and finally I backtracked.
I love proton mail but there is still a lot of work to be done to make proton pass a premier password manager.

uverejnené pred 2 rokmiThank you for sharing your feedback with us! A password strength indicator is currently available on Android and iOS, and it's on our roadmap for the extension as well. Moreover, having two active subscriptions under the same account is not supported. If the Unlimited plan doesn't fit your needs, a possible workaround is having two Plus accounts - one for Proton Mail and another one for Pass.

There's a few features I miss from 1Password, such as QR code scanning for OTP, and automatically recognizing a website's password requirements (although I prefer Proton's long text slugs, not all websites will accept them), and linking identities together, e.g. OAuth logins, or linking certain accounts to my entries for my YubiKeys. The integration with PassMail is *chef's kiss* though.

I've come from Bitwarden and have been enjoying the whole Proton Suite, but Pass is missing 1 feature that i think should be mandatory in any password manager - When generating a password, let me pick a minimum amount required of Numbers and Special characters - With bitwarden i could ask it to make a pass containing at least 10 of each if i wanted.
