Tab containers were created specifically for this use case and are much easier to use.

I never heard about that... Anyway I had to enable it from about:config and it doesn't open a new window with the tabs you want. I would say it's harder to use.
Maybe I can add an option to use the cookie store from a container instead of saving cookies of an incognito window.
