Text on Tap in-browser real-time captions overlay.

A captioner can be hired to provide real-time captions of an event (conference, meeting, lecture, anything...) using the Text on Tap platform to stream text online. The captions can be viewed on a webpage, using an Overlay tool (for Windows/Mac) or embedded in a Video Production. All kind of ways are supported. This extension is yet another way to provide captions.
