I mainly use when I scroll down lists but ultimately need to get back to the top quick, I.e. reading comments of a video and then wanting to scroll all the way back up to view.
Another reason why i use it if I am watching a series and I am nearing the end of the list, hit the DOWN button.

I would, however, like to request an improvement in this addon; I would like to see a third button, centered between the two existing buttons. This third button would 'Go Back One Page'.
It is truly unfortunate that FireFox developers display a complete failure to acknowledge desktop users with touchscreens. Even if unintended by Dmitriy, this addon is a de facto acknowledgement that we desktop touchscreen do exist !! This addon could be expanded to respond to our need for interaction with our displays.
