UPDATE: My original review is still valid and I was never able to figure out the reason for the extension not working. However I have since installed firefox and the extension on a new computer with identical set up and it has worked perfectly and as expected. So i am changing my stars and amending the review, but still leaving the old one in case it happens to others.

I love TunnelBear as a company and I am a premium user of their VPN service and while the UI looks and works great. After turning on supposedly connecting to different countries going to any whats my ip websites there was no change. If it can't even mask my ip then there is no point to this extension. Tried reinstalling, but nothing changed. I really like the idea and hopefully they will get this working soon.

Its depressing but I want an auto-connect vpn when I visit certain website, I hope you understand, cuz its more convenient for users-i will extend subscription
