Twitch Auto Claim Plus does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, to the developer or to any third party.

Specifically:
- No account credentials, login information, or personal details are ever requested or accessed.
- The extension makes no network requests of any kind — it does not use fetch, XHR, WebSockets, or any other method of sending data anywhere.
- Your settings (auto-claim on/off, theme, accent color, chat text size) and your points-claimed total are stored only in your own browser, using the standard browser extension storage API (chrome.storage). If your browser's own sync feature is enabled, your settings may sync across your own devices the same way any other browser data does — this never passes through, or becomes accessible to, the developer.
- The only external link anywhere in the extension is a plain link to the developer's public Discord server, shown in the extension's popup footer. It only opens if you click it; the extension never accesses, tracks, or otherwise interacts with it automatically.
- The extension is active only on twitch.tv pages and does not read, modify, or transmit content from any other website.
