VIP Osu! Styler — Privacy Policy

VIP Osu! Styler stores your preferences (theme color, background image URL, blur strength, language, panel state) in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device.

The extension communicates with the following external services to deliver its features:
- osu.ppy.sh / assets.ppy.sh / b.ppy.sh — fetching beatmap and user data shown on the osu! website you are already visiting.
- viptob.pp.ua — used optionally for the "report bad background" feature; only the URL of the reported background is sent.
- api.kirino.sh / catboy.best — used optionally for beatmap preview and metadata; only the beatmap ID is sent.
- api.imgbb.com / i.ibb.co / catbox.moe — only when you explicitly upload a custom background image.

The extension does NOT collect, transmit, or sell:
- Your osu! account credentials.
- Your IP address (beyond the requests above, which use the same network identifiers your browser already sends to those domains).
- Browsing history or activity outside osu.ppy.sh.

You can clear all stored data at any time via the extension popup ("Reset settings") or by removing the extension.
