CapitalOne Shopping app consistently finds the best prices, and gives the best discounts. Recently shopping for a 2TB SSD on Amazon, CapitalOne linked me to a better price on Ebay, AND gave me a $50 discount on top of that low price! I don't know how it works, I don't even have a CapitalOne card...but I still get CapitalOne discounts!
