It's not a good taste that I must to open the addon one time and other in the same tab, one for each element. App would be remains open until I check a switch when I finished of select all elements to be blocked on that page

Once in, I can re-activate it, but it is a bit annoying. If I could figure a way to add an exception to it, as I am signing in, that would be helpful. Not the end of the world, but I'd prefer not to have to disable it, even temporarily. FWIW.
