Other than it does everything it says on the tin that's written on their "About this extension" and it a lot less clunky than the other adblockers.
My only critisicm is that it would be nice to disable to automatic application of adblockers or at least flag specific ones to not enable again after the fact. I use this on a work PC and some of my customers are foreign and so it picks up on the foreign words and then applies that filter.
