The fastest way to allow a site permanently is to double-click the left of the three icons. The first click activated the temporarily permission and enlarges the button, the cursor is now pointing on the timer icon so the second click will activate the permanently permission instantly. Knowing this it's not that uncomfortable to use.

There seems to be script there that handles the follow button (and clicking that annoying wiggle box at the bottom) and it is getting blocked by noscript, even though it says it's a tab with higher privileges. I have to allow all in tab because the blocked script is not showing up, so i cannot set it to be allowed permanently.
