Fixed

• Toast and popup SVG icons now render again — the DOMParser switch parsed icons as image/svg+xml, which requires an explicit xmlns="http://www.w3.org/2000/svg" on the <svg> root. Without it the elements landed in the null namespace and stayed blank
• Firefox data_collection_permissions values corrected to match AMO-accepted identifiers (personallyIdentifyingInfo, websiteActivity)
