Sorry to hear you’re not having a good experience with 1Password in your browser.

It sounds like the extension is having troubles connecting to your 1Password desktop app. We’d love to help you troubleshoot it!

As for your different accounts, you can unlock them both if they have the same password. You can use the same password for both accounts because each account still has its own unique Secret Key, which is an additional layer of protection.

Why not keep sign up simple? I do not need to read a whole lot of your selling content AFTER I have already made up my mind. I am not giving you additional personal information. That's creepy. Keep it simple. If it weren't for the Tom's Guide recommendation I would not be here anyway. Learn when to stop selling.

Honestly I hate it. It works just well enough to keep using, but there's literally no polish, nothing is nice to use, it just sucks the entire time you're dealing with it.
