objavljeno ob pred 7 letiHi, Beard! I'm not sure where you got the idea that we collect user data. We do not collect any personally identifiable information on the vast majority of our users. As our privacy policy states, "If all you do is use the extension then you're practically, except for an anonymous, unique ID, invisible to us."
For the 0.1% of our users who donate (again from our privacy policy), "we collect and store all information, excluding the credit card number, given during the payment process. This includes IP address, unique ID, logging some of the button clicks (payment, download buttons) and user event logging. AdBlock does not handle or have access to full credit card numbers, bank account details or payment account login information."

objavljeno ob pred 7 letiHi! This can happen with any add-ons. It's usually a browser issue, not a problem with the add-on. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies, restart Firefox, and try installing AdBlock again. If that doesn't work, it may be a conflict with another add-on. Disable all of them and try installing AdBlock again.

I can block specific ads on any page, but more important is that I can defeat site devices which have been harassing me for using an ad blocker - just run the routine which begins when you click on "Block an ad on this page", follow the prompts, experiment, rinse and repeat a few times until you've isolated the offending item which covers part of your screen, just like when you're blocking a paid ad......Ad-Coders, you're MY beeeeyyytch now!
One thing that would improve this addon is the ability to unblock blocked ads on a page or a site by walking them back just one at a time, instead of having to unblock everything you've blocked, or live with potential errors.
Also, keep in mind that it's an ad blocker, not a popup blocker. While I think there's a version of this addon which does both, I'm using Strict Popup Blocker for that functionality, which I'm happy with. - Ocenjeno z 5 od 5— Uporabnik Firefoxa 14050684, pred 7 leti

Can you please restart your computer, then visit https://getadblock.com and install AdBlock from there? If that doesn't help, please open a ticket at help.getadblock.com and we'll put on our troubleshooting hats. Thanks!
