— trav1295, pred enim mesecemEverything works for me (that I've set it up for) except the option to discard pinned tabs on startup. Logs just say it's not ready. But, this add-on seems to be abandoned atm :(

Then I need to close the browser and open it again, to free up my RAM. My next planned step before knowing about this extension was to buy more RAM.
But this extension fixes the problem. All tabs that are not used just get their resources freed after some time. How this is not a standard feature in Firefox baffles me... In other words, if I click on a discarded tab, it should show a "discarded tab" page and only when I "click" on the page should it load. The reason is that lots of time I accidentally switch to a discarded tab and then it loads the tab when I really wanted it to stay discarded. This is a feature that the Marvellous Suspender has and I think it would be a great feature addition here.
