Stop copy-pasting job descriptions. Career Caddy Sender drops the listing you're reading into your Career Caddy library with one click — title, company, and full description, captured exactly, ready to score and apply against.

If you're job-hunting seriously, you've already lost an afternoon to copy-paste. Open the listing, select the description, paste into a tracker, fill in the title, fill in the company, copy the URL, save. Repeat thirty times. By the time you're done capturing, you don't want to read any of it.

This extension makes capture a non-event. Click the toolbar button on any job posting page — Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn, Workday, a company careers page, anywhere — and the description lands in your Career Caddy account. From there, Career Caddy scores it against your background, drafts a cover letter in your voice, and tracks the application alongside everything else you've sent.

Why install it:

• One click instead of fifteen — capture the listing without breaking your reading flow.
• No duplicates. Open the popup on a page you've already saved and it tells you so, with a link to the existing record.
• Optional one-click scoring. Tick "Also score against career data" before you Send, and Career Caddy starts the AI fit analysis on the same action.
• Notifications close the loop. You get a system notification when the job lands, and another when the score is ready — click either to jump straight to the post or score detail.
• Works on any job site. The extension reads whatever page you're on, so you're not locked to a specific board.

Privacy in one paragraph: page text is read only on your explicit Send click. The popup-open "is this already saved?" lookup uses the URL alone, never the page content. Connect once with your username and password — your login is discarded immediately and only a dedicated, revocable API key persists. The key is named "Career Caddy Sender" and you can revoke it any time under Settings → API Keys, or via the Disconnect button in the popup. No third parties, no telemetry, no cross-site tracking.
