It only blocks direct hits, that is, URL on the address bar, it doesn't block indirect links, like images loaded from listed sites (or maybe it does, using some pseudo element, like some other blocker does, but I couldn't find out how...)

Extremely effective if you're looking for regex blocking. I had a read through the code and it's simple and efficient.
