- Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— Uporabnik Firefoxa 13428877, pred 6 dneviI use it a lot and it has been a great tool but had to drop the rating after the new gesture system has been added since for a while I had no idea it had been added and it has made browsing a complete hell on mobile because it can't be disabled so I will have to disable the app until then.
- Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— Oi you, pred 6 dneviI'd rate this significantly higher, but 13.6.3 added some annoying gesture nonsense on mobile that's bloody inconvenient and doesn't have any obvious off switch.
- Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— Uporabnik Firefoxa 14609268, pred 17 dneviWhile this is an incredibly great app for granular control, it is the OPPOSITE of its "with no loss of functionality" mission. This is the #1 go-to source of browser errors that I am constantly troubleshooting and it takes HOURS of time sifting to figure out what to tweak because it provides no help when it breaks something (like a search box)--you just have to go on a lengthy trial and error quest one by one to figure out which of 30 sites to trust to get a search bar working and by that time I don't remember what I was going to search for. So you end up just globally trusting everything and that defeats the whole purpose.
- Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— zekromVale, pred 3 meseciThere needs to be a CPU limit on this extension, using 30% CPU of an intel i7 11th gen laptop CPU on YouTube is ridiculous. Firefox for Ubuntu snap, flatpack, or just .deb are affected. Must disable NoScript to fix it or allow everything fully for all domains on the page. I would like more domains to be added to the global trusted list though (by default) or have a popup at the top when you first visit a page.
- Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— aq, pred 4 meseciUser for at least 15 years, Something is conflicting on Firefox. It is blocking scripts and other add ons such as tampermonkey or violentmonkey with scripts added, but without any listing of what is being blocked. Only option is to shut it off to proceed.
Even blocking games internal scripts without any 'monkey' in use.
Please check and test - Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— Air, pred 7 meseciVery useful on a computer, however, enabling it by default on a mobile phone will block many important features, including but not limited to any AI features and video browsing
- Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— Uporabnik Firefoxa 18736741, pred enim letomI think it works well, and I do recommend getting it. Pages load faster, since they don't load much of the bloat and spam, this also helps with security, preventing a lot of code from executing without consent.
It does take a bit of time to customize for all of the sites that are regularly visited. Often time sites load a lot of items, which must be explicitly allowed, then often times when something is allowed, it opens up a lot more items that must also be allowed. Scripts have to be customized for each domain (not each site) to be allowed to run. Which leads me to my next point, and the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5...
I have spent quite a lot of time getting all of the scripts I like setup, the individual sites and domains configured exactly like I like it. Then something really bad went wrong. On a completely different PC, I logged into my Firefox browser with my Firefox account, and it loaded all of my plugins, and those plugins all reset to their initial default value, not only on the new PC I logged in on, but it reset all of my noscript configuration on my main PC that I've been using for years!!! So much time configuring it exactly like I like it, all gone. It's really quite sad.
Overall, I still recommend getting it, but having lost all of my settings like that is really upsetting. I guess if I would have known this would happen ahead of time, maybe I could have backed up my settings or something, but I had no idea logging into Firefox on a completely different PC would erase all of my noscript settings on my original PC. - Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— MB, pred enim letomExcellent attempt, but since it *constantly* forgets whatever settings I set the previous day, I end up having to re-allow the same site over and over.
It needs to have something more like uBlock Origin's lists, which seem to work consistently. - Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— Pavel, pred enim letomIt's good to block the scripts, but it started to loose the list of enabled sites every now and then. An to have some sites to work may require enabling several other sites. So I have to resort to "Enable all temporarily" due to my enabled list being lost.
- Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— TDGalea, pred enim letomFantastic plugin to handle all the pathetic popups and tracking of the modern web. Only down two stars because it seems to keep forgetting my trusted sites. It's almost as if it's trying to sync, but instead of syncing my saves to new devices, new devices sync their empty lists to existing devices instead.

- Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— Uporabnik Firefoxa 18300440, pred 2 letomaThis addon is really nice, until recently. For whatever reason, it was completely reset on all my devices, so I am in the process of ADDING back all the custom setting and it is annoying... I almost uninstalled it.

- Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— Flash, pred 3 letiUntil this latest upate, I'd have given it 5 stars. But the newest version is awful. It's broken so many websites. Disabling restrictions doesn't make them work either; I have to disable it completely on those sites.

objavljeno ob pred 3 letiHello, latest version doesn't contain any change justifying these problems.
Probably you're hitting some pre-existing configuration-specific bug. Could you please report with more details at https://noscript.net/forum? Thanks! - Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— Uporabnik Firefoxa 17517349, pred 3 letiIt blocks things from loading which is great but then I have to enable things to find out which things make the site work.
Also the extension will occasionally just stop any page from loading even though it is not blocking anything. I have to disable the extension to make firefox work again. - Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— Grumph, pred 3 letiSince last month, some websites stopped working even with all permissions "trusted". Had to bypass the add-on completely to see the content.
- Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— 3h98, pred 3 letiGutes Addon. Schade nur das mit jedem Update plötzlich z.B. google-Scripte wieder erlaubt sind. Wer sagt denn, dass ich dieser Firma vertraue?
- Ocenjeno z 3 od 5— Yeko, pred 3 letiSomething funky is going on with NoScript as of late. It has become very unstable in a sense that I click "temporarily allow" but nothing happens. I can see several JS domains to be allowed but none of them is getting allowed. I click on each to allow temporarily but nothing happens: the page neither refreshes nor loads after I refresh it manually. It is happening on a growing number of sites. And just to see the site I end up disabling it globally which totally defeats the purpose of this addon.
