It's very much compatible with Zen Browser, a Firefox folk. I preferred this extension's simple function of holding the left click mouse button to preview a link over Zen's Glance feature where it requires using both of my own hands to make the preview show up. Unfortunately, ctrl/shift/alt alone isn't going to be efficient for me.
