Amazing add-on. I love it. Can't live without it. This review might be a bit long, but I really love this plugin and want to help you. Keep up the great work you're doing now.
There is a couple of things I would point out.

FIREFOX FEATURE:
Can you add option "Open on phone" when I right click anywhere on page (right now it works only on links).
Now I need to click share and go through multiple popups and clicks. And when I share page like this, plugin crashes when I exit firefox (nothing happens, I just get notification). There is no crashing when I right click on link and share.

BRAVE FEATURE
Not sure if you also manage brave plugin but I will say it here.
In Brave browser when I interact with media controls on my phone, notification loses the cover art from video (example: youtube) and becomes orange. When I play videos in firefox that doesn't happen.

I finally found the app that caused a few pages not to load correctly. I never would have suspected Plasma Integration to be the culprit, but it turns I was wrong.
Try disabling it if you experience problems with webpages that load correctly in other browsers or private windows.
Otherwise it would actually be quite useful.

permission to access browser history? no.

I get it that the new feature to search browser history can be turned off in the preferences, but that also means that the "access browser history" permission is not actually required and should be optional just like it was previously! I do not want that permission granted, ever!

People complaining about the new requested permissions to read the browser history:

There is a new feature that allows *you* (not KDE) to search *your* browser history with *your* desktop search (e.g. KRunner or similar).

Either way, this feature can be easily switched off within the extension's options menu.

I mean, c'mon, why would a non-profit run by volunteers and with no commercial interest in anything be interested in what you visit? Let's be serious.

Why ask for access to my browser tab history? I was about to add 5* and then this pop-up...

Please rescind this permission, I am deactivating it till this is fixed!

Leaving 1 star review until the need for 'access browsing history' permission is rolled back. I didn't ask for any features requiring that extremely invasive permission.

Started good, now, devs are power tripping.

This extension have absolutely no reason to ask for history, as it does on the 2025q4 update. This should be so that the browser control notification/multimedia. integration with the lame and useless "navigate to the web via the start button application search" that nobody liked in windows 11... i can't even reason properly to argument how dumb it is to copy the most hated feature from windows. sigh. Just roll that back and quit power tripping with lame features. Do another extension instead of screwing up the good, already accepted ones with anti-features nobody asked for.

Also, this is indeed becoming so anti-user it doesn't even link to the source anymore from here.
