Following the update to v19.3 there is a problem with the toolbar button becoming unresponsive after the first click to enter the "preparing" stage, thereafter it is only possible to continue with "editing/suspend editing" by right-clicking on the button and using the context menu.

This bug was accidentally introduced in Version 19.3 and only affects Firefox 55 and earlier versions.

This bug is fixed in Version 19.4, which will be released in a couple of days time.
