If you're looking for VPN protocols (openVPN, Wireguard, IKEV2) you won't find them on Firefox or Chrome because they can't be implemented with the Chrome and Firefox APIs. spent 1 minute trying to connect to any of the 3 free servers but happened. No connecting, just the little animation going on and on till the end of time. so in my experience, it does not work at all. (and yes, I restarted firefox completely after installing this plugin. (and twice just to be sure, but still, doesn't work)
also, super bad: no way to remove your account after registration with them.
