Scratchpad was one of those features which made Firefox special and I seriously missed it once it was gone.
I hope one day mozilla will stop trying to imitate chrome and gets back to what really matters: security, user convenience and outstanding features! - Ocenjeno z 4 od 5— Phrap, pred 2 letomavery good replacement for the old scratchpad.... but is miss a shortcut for "run"?

The issue turned out like this. From the extensions source code one sees that "Save" button functions as download. It triggers google safebrowsing. Removing all of the safe browsing settings from about:config fixes it. User introduced about:config changes are not permanent. For reasons unknown they revert to default values. Accordingly extensions using such save require an advisory about privacy.Odgovor razvijalca
