I just want to say, recently I had to re-enable it (using the Toolbar Icon, even though it was showing green. Re-enabling the add-on itself made no difference). Perhaps some of the recent negative reviews were experiencing this issue. Odgovor razvijalca

It works by pressing middle mouse button and dragging mouse up/down.
Note that it won't work HERE, on this addons store page (as a security measure, all addons are blocked here).
It's best to test the scrolling in the Options page.

Scrolling via a "grab" style like on a phone with right mouse works really damn well, and with someone who often finds scrolling with the wheel straining, this is a wonderful feature that integrates really naturally in my experience.
