This does exactly what it says it does, and is handy if you're trying to decrease your intake of the landfill of idiocy modern interwebs has become. Re-enabling them is just a click in the top bar away, but it is much nicer not having them there by default... - Ocenjeno z 5 od 5— magnetite, pred 5 letiSome sites like Quora or Youtube have nested comments, so when you hide them all of them disappear. However, when you expand them again, it doesn't seem to expand the part if the person has written a lot of information. On Quora, it's labeled as (more) and on Youtube it's called "read more". You have to manually click on the "read more" or "more" in order to expand the whole comment.

(UPDATE: it wasn't working using the shortcut, but then I put it in the bar and pressed to enable comments in drive) Odgovor razvijalca
objavljeno ob pred 5 letiHi, can you please provide more information so I can fix the problem? Which websites does it fail on?
You can email me about this if it's easier than writing here. ricky.romero@gmail.com- Ocenjeno z 5 od 5— J-. r., pred 5 leti

It seems to be randomly forgetting sites where I've allowed comments. On some sites, comments are hidden and the balloon icon is greyed out, so I have to reload the site a couple of times until the icon turns black so that I can click it and enable comments. It was working fine before the FF update.
