Very often i lost some of my Stored Tabs by restarting the browser. I only got "New Tab" without URl ...
Sometimes ALL Tabs were lost after closing Firefox ... Very frustrating ...

Useless. Couldn't move tabs to different groups. When I removed the add-on most of my tabs were lost.

App full of neat and usefull functions. Works fast.

But evry day something happens that kills my groups.

for ex: If you close the window with alle the groups in it and restore it afterwards, tha taps arent in the group anymore. if you change to the saved group its full of empty tabs. some of the tabs might still work but most of them are empty.
all the groups are worthless because they are destroyed, without backup either way from firefox recovery session exprted tab backup you're screwed.
After closing and recovering the window you need to delete all the corrupted groups and save the currents window into a new group. you cant create tabs that arent in a group after you have already more than 1 group active.

Once All my groups just disappeared without warning. wtf?
and so on. full of bugs makes it unrealiable. but its potential is great.

I have the same issue as another reviewer below. I'm in a tab group (Main), I add some new tabs. I go to switch to a different group and it warns me 'open tabs will be closed'. If I switch groups then go back to Main the new tabs are not there anymore. I don't understand how to sync or to make it save newly added tabs? Thanks...

Love this extension - progress and completeness to date.

It is solely responsible for switch back to ffox after drop-kick of ffox-57 lost 2 must-have extensions - tab-group and session-manager.

A bit disconcerting to have lost history on tabs when switch back to a group after switching away
- have to see if thats workable or can wait till mozilla's blocking api bugs fixed.

Good job on the tabs in groups grid layout - hope some more devt goes into this to have smaller group boxes/collapsed contents
so can see all groups on one page and can drag groups more directly to reorder groups more easily.

(The popup list of Groups for selection to change to (edit, delete) is currently workable for smaller numbers of groups but miss the full page (grid) display for when have a lot of them - maybe its just a change I need to get used to

perhaps default icon for a group could be the mini webicon for the first Tab in it ???
- save individualy soecifying the icon for each group

This add-on creates the duplicate group each time I start Firefox. Idea of add-on is good, but this error makes it not convenient.

Hi, thank you for this valuable extension.
I just started using it yesterday. Today, when I open the menu and click Manage Groups, the Manage Groups tab opens, but the groups are not shown, I refreshed but still they don't appear, though they are still on the menu list and I can switch between them from there alright. I have 8 groups with a total of like 100 tabs. What could be the problem?

One more thing, there's one review below (to which you replied with screenshots) about when moving several tabs, scrolling down to the bottom inside Group A to pick a tab, then move it to Group B, Group A scrolls back up to the top automatically, which means you have to scroll down again and again in Group A to pick other tabs. This is somewhat annoying and i believe your reply there did not address the exact issue.

Finally, in the Manage Groups tab, I hope you could add the ability to select several tabs and several groups together by pressing the Shift or Ctrl keys while selecting, that would help reorganize things faster.

To avoid reloading all tabs when switching groups (which can easily make Firefox slow down a lot), install the

Tab Suspender add,

which will suspend your tabs (equivalent to close but still displayed), and you can reload each of them one by one by clicking on them - convenient !

So far its good as the old Tab Groups

But there are two things that i dont like it, can you tell me how to fix it?
1: When i drag and drop tabs from group A to group B, the tab i need to transfer at the bottom of group A ( around 150 tabs in group A ). So after i dragged and dropped the tab, the scroll automatic go to the start of the list, so i have to scroll down again and again to move other tabs.

2: Auto rename and auto reload tabs when switch groups, i have lots of tabs so after switch groups my pc kind of lagging.

Hope you can tell me a good solution for those 2 problems i have
