Colors tabs based on how recently you viewed them, using favicon heatmap. Color will slowly decay from red (ie. "hot") to blue ("ie. ice cold).

Decay setting can be user adjusted.

Rewrote how the heatmap is updated for more consistent and reliable display.
Added the ability for the user to select their own decay rate - default is 5 minutes.
