L.O.L. This gets an instant 5-star from me!!

Quite ironically, I accidentally closed this tab immediately after installing this extension and was SO HAPPY to have this super-convenient little button right there in my toolbar!!!
(...rather than spending 5x longer trying to find FF's built-in version in my context menu, and I never remember my mouse gesture the first few tries...)

Also the mini recent history drop-down is an excellent bonus!

Hi, unfortunately the addon seems installed but doesn't show anywhere on my Firefox ... I would like to understand why it doesn't and how to fix that ...?
I don't know how to contact the creator of this addon anywhere else than here unfortunately.

HELP ???

The correct place to discuss issues is GitHub, which is linked in the Add-on description.

By default the Add-on does not place a button. It is "hidden" in the "puzzle piece icon" of Firefox. You can find the Add-on there and use the "Pin to toolbar" option from the "gear icon" next to its entry.

This extension is a no-brainer. I used the shortcut ctrl+shift+t all the time already. But through this extension, I can just use my mouse. Great and simple!

Nearly useless. Doesn't let you choose which closed tab to undo, only does the most recent one. No option to customize icon colors. I haven't tested if the extension even works without browsing history saved and in private mode, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's an oversight too.

Right click on the toolbar button to get the list of recently closed tabs. Pick the one to restore.
