It's pretty accurate for the most part, although the data can vary slightly if you use some other weather app such as the Weather app that Windows 10 has for instance. This is a great extension & I'm glad I got on board when the author was offering free lifetime pro updates. I got this on both my desktop & tablet PCs & in FF & Chrome. Pretty darn awesome extension... :)
