Disabling highlighting on some websites would be a nice addition. We'll add it, but I can't say how soon. Tracking item for the reference: https://github.com/ainzzorl/wordhighlighter/issues/86
Update (August 22, 2021) - you can now disable highlighting on specific pages for all words or for selected groups. See "Don't highlight on these pages" and "Except on these pages" under "Settings" and "Groups" tabs.
