— godio, pred 9 letiI am saddened to see so many raging reviews and all my sympathy goes to the poor developer.
Please folks, take a little time to understand the reasons behind the change: mozilla deprecated and will perhaps remove the internal mechanism on which the dear old x-notifier relied upon. The developer has to deal with new APIs which are not necesseraly as powerful and permissive... and he's doing this mainly for passion (99% of you, me included, haven't donated a cent for this software).
So why bash him?? Just revert to the older version (no data lost) and disable automatic updates, it's as simple as that!
