PRIVACY BY DESIGN

Your browsing history, blocked website addresses, rule contents and daily usage remain on your device and are not sent to BlockDistraction servers.

Optional technical analytics and anonymous error reports are off by default. You control them in the settings; they never include browsing activity or blocked addresses.

Account and license data is used only to provide account and Pro services. Payments are securely handled by Paddle.

Open Firefox and navigate to any webpage (e.g., a search engine).
Tap the three-dot menu in the bottom-right corner.
Tap the ">" next to Extensions.
Select BlockDistraction and enter your parameters.

📌 Note: If you open the menu from a blank tab or the Firefox homepage, you may only see the Extensions management page instead of direct access to the extension’s functionality.

Enter a part of the resource name in the left input field without specifying the protocol.
Example: Entering "youtube" will block all subdomains of this resource.
Enter the redirect URL in the right input field, fully specified with the protocol.
Example: "https://google.com"
Click the save button to apply the rule.

📌 Note:
- If the redirect URL is left empty, the target site will simply be blocked.
- To modify a rule, delete the old rule and add a new one.
