v1.1.0 — Session quota tracking + reliability pass

NEW
• Session-quota prediction in the overlay. Set your plan tier per
site (claude.ai / chatgpt.com / gemini.google.com) in the popup
and the cost overlay now shows how much of your 5h cap each
prompt consumes, color-coded green → amber → red as you approach
the cap.
• Draggable overlay. Grab anywhere on the panel and drop it where
you want — position persists across pages and sessions.

FIXED
• "Literally nothing happens" silent failure. The overlay now shows
why a request failed (e.g. "API key rejected (401)", "rate
limited", "prompt too long") instead of staying empty.
• Popup status now reflects the real outcome of the last request,
not just "is the key field filled".
• 401 authentication bug — the extension was sending an X-API-Key
header that calcis.dev's API ignored. Now uses the standard
Authorization: Bearer header.
• Popup version footer no longer hardcoded — reads from the
manifest, so you can always tell which build you've got.

UX
• Toggling "Show overlay" off then on now re-enables a previously
dismissed overlay (no page reload needed).
• Slider tick labels in the cost panel align with the slider track.
