Lots and lots of options and ability to whitelist sites. Excellent privacy extension. Easy to use as well.

Je suis utilisateur de Ghostery depuis plusieurs années mais la, cette dernière mise à jour ralenti énormement mon firefox. Un des processus de firefox reste entre 20 et 40% d'utilisation CPU. Le navigateur ne répond plus quelques secondes régulièrement. l'utilisation de Bing marche mal, la page est en chargement permanent (la partie où l'on voit si on est connecté à son compte microsoft n'apparait jamais). Plus il y a d'onglet plus Firefox se met à figer pendant plusieurs secondes de façon fréquente et cela dégrade complètement l'utilisation. J' ai tenté de désinstaller et de réinstaller l'extension mais ça n'a rien changé. Symptômes constatés sur 2 pc différents. Tous ces problèmes disparaissent une fois Ghostery désactivé. J'espère un correctif rapidement car jusqu'ici, cette extension est top, si ça reste comme ça, je vais passer à Disconnect ..

I love this add on. I had no idea there were so many different trackers slowing down my internet speed. Why is this stuff legal. Keep up your great work.

Used it for quite a while, and it does its job perfectly fine. Would've rated it 5/5 until the last update, but that one broke my Twitch chat. I can't read or write anything there. Any ideas which trackers I can allow to fix?

Update: Disabling smart blocking solved it.

Good but I didn't understand well how does it works on the mobile version, it is really different from the PC's screenshots! So I don't know how to use all the potential of this extension!( Specially in Waterfox because in Firefox nightly it isn't so bad as the "ghostery option" in the "3 dots" still working here but not works in waterfox

One of the privacy essentials; works as advertised.

Unfortunately, the current version causes a warning to be displayed in the console at every page/frame load: "loading pref showConsoleLogs before prefs were initialised, you will not get the correct result" (using FF 57). This is distracting and should be fixed. There doesn't seem to be a public issue tracker for Ghostery, so this will have to do.

The single most annoying plugin I've ever seen. Great they stop trackers, but can they STOP advertising themselves for a single second?
It's impossible, this god damn extension is always poping up to say something about itself or its developers...
