Having initially thought this extension was the cause of some websites not working properly, I uninstalled it and continued to have trouble. I then found that AddBlockPlus can cause some websites to not work correctly and they work after disabling ABP. Reinstalled NoScript and doing further testing.
However, I'm not particularly rapt in the UI.
