I use this add-on all day, every day.

I use the same Extension in Google Chrome as well (obviously, the version from the Chrome Web Store).

It does exactly what it says it will and doesn't require much set-up (although there's a lot of inherent power in it if you understand things like Regular Expressions).

For anyone who's struggling to get it working, the Developer appears to be responsive and super-helpful on the "Support site" link in the "More information" section of the add-on's page at mozilla.org: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/redirector/

As others mentioned before, it simply does not work. I tried it several times and double checked the instructions.

This addon is just brilliant. I use it to skip the intermediary page between clicking "download" and actually downloading the file on a game mod website that I use. No more waiting 5 seconds to download a file.

Works well, exactly what I was looking for! A little confusing at first though, as the included example redirect needed a few fixes to work.

how to reset that config?
Because after i uninstall this add on the config still connect in mozilla

Perfect for quick navigation to my favorite websites. For example, instead of typing google.com, I can just type g/. It's super customizable, and the export/import functionality is great. Thank you Einar for such a gem of an extension!

I use this to redirect steam URLS to steam using
steam://openurl/https://steamcommunity.com.
It would be 100x better if I could close the parent page after the redirect takes place.
